We are pleased to report that the majority of our conveyancing colleagues are back up and running on core systems, and actively working on cases.
Our team, supported by external experts, has been working non-stop for the past two weeks to get our systems safely back up and running and to ensure we prioritise the most urgent cases, enabling clients to move. Over the coming days we will be reviewing next steps on cases and contacting all clients, on a prioritised basis, with more detailed updates as we move their cases forward towards exchange and completion.
We very much regret any uncertainty and disruption that our clients and others have experienced over the past couple of weeks and now look forward to restoring confidence in our services as we progress their home-moves through to completion.
